                4. Where can I find energy specs for this fan? Specifically I am looking for the cfms per watt at a medium speed. This info is for useful to input into a HERS rating in an energy model. Any assistance is appreciated!

                    The CFM's for this Contempo model are as follows: High 5065, Medium 3238 and Low 1933.

                5. We have two of these fans and like them however we'd like to get an extra remote so we could mount one on the wall and keep the other on the night stand. Is there another universal remote - preferably wall mounted - that we can use with this fan?

                  1. Hello Jim,

                    Since the fan is not manufactured with pull chains, you will need to use the included remote control to operate the fan speeds and lighting. If you would like a wall control, you could purchase the (99375) model that has a wall control, but you will not be able to install the receiver that comes with it. You will also need to pair the wall control to the receiver in the fan.

                6. I have 3 of model 25817 in separate rooms. Had a power outage and now the remotes on two of the fans do not work. will not turn fan or light on or off. The dip switches are correct. Do they need to be re paired? How do I do that. I do not have the manaul.

                  1. Hello TKED,

                    You will need to reset the dip switches to a different frequency. This information can be found on page number 9 of the owners manual link below.

                7. My fan is making a metallic rubbing/clicking sound from the motor housing. Fan was off, I shook it & no noise. The noise increases with the fan speed. I tightened all the screws. Turn it on, noise. Any suggestions before I return it?

                8. I have a high angled ceiling that I need to mount this to. Can I get a down rod extension for this fan? If so where?

                9. How do I pair a 2nd hand held remote? The model I have is SW:V0109 (which comes with the Contempo 11), and it came from a spare fan for which I used your 99373 wall control instead. Thanks, Tony
